| I want to thank you for an excellent and fabulous tour. I thoroughly enjoyed Salito's knowledge and expertise. From my perspective, the only thing that was missing was a 20-30 minute stop in the commercial area of Once so we could visit the kosher bakery and butcher and grocery store. However, I realize that it might not be possible to include this stop within the allotted time. Overall a very informative and professionally presented tour. We felt a real emotional connection with Salito - he is very passionate and we could relate to him. Salito spoke from the heart and it really showed to our benefit.
