the Jewish settlements.

The battle for Tel Hai. Arabs attack Tel Hai and Joseph Trumpeldor and
five of the men under his command are killed. The defenders abandon Tel
Hai and a few days later Kfar Giladi and Metulla (Hamara was abandoned in
early January).
