Are the tours private or group-based?
All of our Jewish heritage tours in Buenos Aires are 100% private and fully customizable. You will have a dedicated local guide and private transportation exclusively for you, your family, or your private group.
Who will be leading the tour?
Tours are personally led by Salito Gutt, a local expert guide (since 2005) specializing in Argentine-Jewish history, community life, and cultural heritage. On the rare occasion when he is already booked, for example on a cruise day with no alternative date, a trusted local guide leads the tour, and we tell you in advance.
Do I need to bring my passport for the tour?
Yes. Due to security protocols at active Jewish community institutions (such as synagogues and community centers like AMIA or Templo Libertad), valid physical passports are required for entry clearance.
Are the tours suitable for families, seniors, or people with reduced mobility?
Absolutely. Since all tours are completely private, the pace, duration, and walking distances are tailored to your needs. Vehicles are equipped for comfort, and we can adjust any itinerary for seniors, children, or guests requiring special assistance.
What languages are the tours available in?
Tours are conducted fluently in English or Spanish, depending on your preference.
How long does a typical tour last and can it be customized?
We offer flexible options, including Half-Day Tours (~4 hours) and Full-Day Tours (~7 hours). Every itinerary can be fully customized to match your schedule, specific interests, family background, or personal requests.
How much does a tour cost?
Every private tour is quoted according to the duration, the itinerary, and the size of your group. Send us your dates and interests on WhatsApp or email and we will reply with a proposal.
Do you offer tours on Shabbat and Jewish holidays?
Yes, we are available every day, including Shabbat and Jewish holidays. Tell us your dates and we will confirm availability.
Are there kosher food options during the tour?
Yes, we can arrange a kosher lunch on request.
Do you offer pickup from hotels, cruise ports, or the airport?
Yes. We can pick you up at your hotel or accommodation, the cruise port, the airport, or another meeting point. We monitor your arrival time in case of delays.
How do I book a tour?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your dates, group size and interests. We will reply with a proposal, and the booking is confirmed once the details are agreed. No advance payment is required.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge at any time.
What is included in the tour rate, and what is not?
The rate covers your private guide, private transportation, and pickup and drop-off. Admission fees to the sites and gratuities are not included. If you prefer a single all-inclusive price, tell us when you request your quote and we will include them.
Do you take large groups?
Yes. Every tour is private and there is no group size limit, from a single traveler to large groups. We have guided a group of 60 people in two buses. Tell us your dates and group size and we will send you a proposal.
